The Andhra Pradesh Government has recently released the AP Epass Renewal and the Fresh Existing Scholarship Registrations for the year 2016-2017. Candidates who want to apply for the scholarship can apply for the AP E-Pass Renewal Form by visiting the offical website apepass.cgg.gov.in

E-Pass is an electronic payment and application system of scholarship which is initiated by the government of Andhra Pradesh. Basically, it is an online scholarship system.  It is a great step taken to help the candidates who are financially weak and cannot afford the fee of their academic courses. Candidates who want to pursue their Intermediate, Polytechnic, ITI, Graduation, Post Graduate, Ph.D.  or any other professional course can apply for the AP E-Pass Scholarships. The candidates can apply for fresh existing registration for the scholarship or can also renew the registrations. Candidates from all the categories like, ST, SC, OBC, Physically disabled, EBC, and other minority classes can also apply for the scholarship. The government of Andhra Pradesh allows the candidates to pursue their education without any financial problem. The government will provide all the expenses to the candidates that will be needed during the course. The government will also provide a scholarship to the candidates whose annual family income is below 1 lakh.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR VERIFICATION WHILE REGISTERING FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP

Ready all the below documents while the registration process. These documents should be a scanned copy.

• Passport Size Photograph (Recent)
• A Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Ration Card
• Bonafide Certificates (Needed From Previous Seven Consecutive Years)
• Common Entrance Test allotment order (ICET, EAMCET, PGCET, OUCET Hall Ticket, Rank Card etc)
• Bank Pass Book Copy ( It should include IFSC Code, Account Number, Branch Name)
• Caste and Income Certificate.
• SSC Hall Ticket (Fresh Application)/ Registration ID (Renewal Application)

AP E-PASS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To apply for the AP scholarship, candidates have to qualify the eligibility criteria. Below are the eligibility criteria:

• To get the scholarship, candidates have to pass the 12^th examination with 80% marks.
• The annual family income should be below 1 lakh
• The students of 10^th and the 12^th standards can apply for the scholarship
• Students studying in Government schools, institutions or Universities will be given the foremost preferences.

• Search for the AP E-Pass Scholarship 2016-2017
• Click on the link
• The registration page will open
• Before filling the form, read all the important instructions carefully
• Fill all the important blank space with the information
• Upload the scanned passport size photograph
• Also, upload the required documents (Bank Pass Book with bank account number, IFSC code, etc., Mark sheet of previous years result, income affidavit signed by the student and the parents, etc.)
• Recheck all the filled information before submitting
• After checking all the information, submit the page
• If you want a printout of the filled application form, go for the printout and keep safely for the future use.

IMPORTANT SUGGESTION

• If a candidate doesn’t have a bank account, open a zero balance account in any nationalised bank of India.
• If you don’t have an Aadhar card, do apply before the registration.
• EBC candidates need not have to apply for any bank account
