School Education Andhra Pradesh Teacher Recruitment Board is going to announce the Teacher Eligibility Test(TET) for the year 2017 soon.  TET is the eligibility to be employed as teachers in various government schools. TET is a most common test conducted all over India for teacher posts.

Teacher posts all over Andhra Pradesh will be given for the candidates qualified in the exam. Various posts like a Primary teacher for classes 1 to 5, Upper Primary Teacher for classes 6 to 8. The Qualifying marks for this exam vary with the categories. The official notification for APTET 2017 is going to release soon

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate should have D.Ed or B.Ed degree or have to pursue a final year or can have an equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

Age Criteria:

• 18-40 years is the limit. Refer the official TET notification for more information.

Pay Scale:

• Selected candidates will get the pay along with the grade pay as given in the official notification.

Selection Criteria:

• A Written Test will be conducted first. The qualified candidates will proceed further. Scorecard will be sent to all the qualified candidates.
• The interview will be conducted to all the qualified candidates. They will be selected based on their performance in the interview.

Application:

• The application has to be applied online from the official website.
• A fee of around Rs.250 has to be paid, the fee will differ according to the caste, go to official notification for more information.
• Go to the official website, aptet.cgg.gov.in and click on APTET link.
• The Application is now open, enter all your details following the instructions.
• Photo and Signature need to be uploaded in the application.
• Check whether all the entered details are correct or not.
• Click on submit option.
• The application is now generated.
• Save it for the further use.
• The details will be useful to download the Admit card in future.
