Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB) has been released the CG PET 2016 notification and CG PET Exam Dates 2016. The PET 2016 will be held in the month of May, 2016. CG PET Notification 2016
Chhattisgarh Pre Engineering Test 2016 will be released by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board. This pre engineering exam will be conducted for admissions into various undergraduate engineering degree programs across the Chhattisgarh state. The courses offered by the Directorate of Technical Education, Chhattisgarh are Engineering, Technology, Management, Architecture, Computer Science and Pharmacy.
Students who have completed or pursuing the 12th class are eagerly waiting for the CG PET notification for the academic year 2015-2016. The Directorate of Technical Education, Chhattisgarh has decided to conduct the exam for those to take admissions into the all private, government and self financed colleges in various courses across the state of Chhattisgarh. CG PET 2016 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who are interest to apply for the pre engineering exam must meet the CG PET 2016 eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria are given below.
Age Limit: Applicants must be on and above 17 years to apply for CG PET exam 2016 and must not be over the 30 years. Age relaxation on limit will be as per the rules and regulations of CG PET.
Education Qualification: Applicants must have got at least 45 percent marks in 12th annual exam. Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry are compulsory subjects to write the PET exam. The aggregate to write the qualifying exam must not be less than 40 percent for OBC, SC and ST applicants. Applicants should have passed the 12th from a recognized college.
Applicant must be a resident of Chhattisgarh. Candidate must pose a proof of residency.
CG PET Seats Reservations 2016
In CG CET 2016, seats are reserved for applicants belonging to different categories. Seat reservations will be as follows.
- Schedule Cast Applicants 12 percent seats are reserved.
- Schedule Tribes Applicants 32 percent seats are reserved.
- OBC Non-Creamy Layer Applicants 14 percent seats are reserved.
- General Category Applicants 42 percent seats are reserved.
CG PET 2016 Exam Schedule
Directorate of Technical Education will be release the examination schedule in the month of March, 2016. But the PET board has released the tentative CG PET schedule 2016. CG PET will be conducted in two sessions that are morning and afternoon sessions. These are the tentative exam dates and it may subject to change the exam dates.

CG PET Exam Pattern 2016
CG PET 2016 exam pattern will be a 3 hours exam. There will be a negative marking for the wrong answers. The exam has 150 questions, that all will have to be attempted by the applicants. All the questions will be covered from the Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Paper will be objective with multiple choice questions.
Applicants must know the CG PET exam pattern before beginning their preparation. This will help them in the preparation for the exam and also help in writing the exam in a better way. Applicants will be able know the type of questions, marking scheme, subjects, level of difficulty etc of the exam.

CG PET Online Application Form 2016
The CG PET 2016 application forms will be available online in its official website, in the month of March 2016. Applicants will be advised to visit the PET official website for the CG PET application process and to fill and submit the application form. Only eligible applicants will be allowed to fill and submit the CG CET application form.
For CG PET 2016 registrations or to fill up the CG PET application from, applicants will be required to get the concerned link for the PET application form on its official website. After open the Application form, applicants require to enter all the required information in the PET application form. Make sure that the all entered information is correct or not before proceeding to the next level. Next, applicants will have to upload the photograph and signature as per the mentioned size by the concern board in CG PET 2016 application form. Also, to complete the PET application procedure, applicants will be required to pay the mentioned application fee. Applicants can pay the application fee online through Debit/ Credit Card or Internet Banking.
CG CET Admit Card 2016
CG PET 2016 Exam Admit Card will be issued online in mid April 2016. Applicants will be able to download the admit card from the CG PET official website. Now, candidates can download the PET 2016 Admit Card to know the roll number and exam center details.
Applicants will not get the admit card through any manner expect online. Applicants will not be permitted to write the CG PET Exam 2016 without producing their PET admit card, when ever asked for, in the examination hall. Applicants must save the admit card till the end of the admission process as it may be required at any level of admission process.
CG CET Results 2016
The CG PET 2016 result will be released at the end of May, 2016. Applicants can check the results from the link provided here and may check and download it from official website. To know the CET result, candidates have to enter the Admit card number and date of birth. By submitting these details you will get the CG CET result. And also you must download the rank card which will be available in the official website. Rank card will be asked in counseling. Candidates will require the CG CET rank card to complete the admission procedure.
CG CET Counseling 2016
The CG PET 2016 counseling will be scheduled on various dates for PET entrants. The CG PET 2016 Counseling will include Application form, Options form, and documents verification, seat claiming by selected candidates, seat allotment and number of empty seats. CG CET 2016 counseling will be held in the month of June, 2016. Previously the counseling was also held in the same month and it was conducted in three rounds.
