CLAT Answer key
CLAT is also known as Common Law Admission Test. It is the centralized admission test to get admission in 17 prominent National Law Uiversities in India. Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is conducted for the students who completed 12th grade or higher secondary examination for admission in Under Graduation / post graduation programmes in law after completion of graduation in law for masters of law (LL.M).
CLAT LLB Answer Key 2016
CLAT is conducted in the year 11th May 2008. The exam was conducted by Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala. The university will give the admissions as per eligibility. CLAT is an all India entrance exam conducted on rotation by 17 National Law Universities (NLUS) for admissions to five year integrated Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (B.A plus LL.B) and one year Master of Law (LL.M) programme for the academic session 2016 – 17. CLAT results will be declared on May 23.
Every year the candidates are increasing to write the exam. Last year 37358 candidates applied for the CLAT exam. The CLAT exam for under graduate candidates has conducted for 150 marks and the duration of the exam is 2 hours. Post Graduate exam was conducted for 200 marks and the duration of the exam is 2 hours.
CLAT 2016 exam Analysis
The exam consists 5 sections i.e Elementary Mathematics or the Numerical ability section had the lowest weightage but it had logic questions. It takes some time to do.
General Knowledge
In this section 90 percent questions mostly followed current affairs.
Elementary Mathematics
This section consists 20 questions, in that some questions are logic. it is level of difficulty.
English with Comprehension
In this section it consists 1 reading comprehension passage and the rest of the questions were on English Usage. The topics consists in this section is Verb, adjective, adverb, preposition, fill in the blanks, idioms and phrases and spellings.
Legal Aptitude
In this section consists 15 questions of Legal Knowledge it is some easy to answer. and remaining Legal reasoning.
CLAT Cut off marks
Cut off marks depends on the total number of candidates appeared for the exam. Cut off marks are different for different colleges. According to some experts the cutoff marks would be 140. For top 3 colleges it would be 140 to 145.
