Another AAP MLA arrested for molestation and assault
It has not been so many days since AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya was arrested for allegedly misbehaving with a woman who had visited his office to complain the water issues they are facing; now another MLA from the same party was charged with molestation and assault cases. AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal has been booked for allegedly molesting and assaulting a woman in June.

Maharashtra government orders probe into Zakir Naik’s public documents
On Thursday, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis ordered the Mumbai Police to start an inquiry into Islamic preacher Zakir Naik’s public documents. His speeches were called as highly objectionable by the centre. 231 Namami Gange projects worth Rs. 1500 crore launched
NDA government on Thursday launched 231 projects including installation of sewage treatment plants and ghat constructions in 100 locations over seven states with an estimated budget of Rs. 1,500 crore. The main purpose of launching the project is to clean the holy river in five basic states of the river i.e., Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal.
Snipers kill 5 police officers in Dallas attack
Snipers operating from rooftops in Dallas killed five police officers. In this attack, six people were wounded. The attack is a protest across the country against the killing of two black men by the police week. In this attack, three people were taken into custody while the fourth one died.
Army can’t use excessive force says SC in Manipur encounter killing
On Friday, the Supreme Court said that Army and paramilitary forces cannot use excessive and retaliatory force in Manipur and such situations will be probed. The court also asked the forces to submit details of alleged fake encounters that were carried out in Manipur. The panel said that it was open to the Army to conduct its own inquiries into the allegations of fake encounters in Manipur.

On Thursday, SBI Card has launched SBI Card Elite, a premium credit card designed to complement the refined tastes of the discerning customers. The card is launched on the MasterCard World platform. The card supports Near Field Communication technology. This feature will enable the customer to get less payment experience, adding more speed and suave to their wallets.
