Indian Army Open Bharti 2016 Changed Selection Procedure

Many younglings dream to join Indian Army to serve the country.  Huge numbers of candidates participate in the open Bharti to join Indian Army.  As per the recent report, it is said that Indian Army has changed the procedure of selection of candidates for recruitment of soldiers into Indian Army.  Candidates will be accepted based on the marks they scored in the written exam conducted by Indian Army.  Candidates who have qualified in the written exam will be selected for the next round of exam i.e., physical and medical test.  Candidates are selected purely based on the merit they have shown in the exam.  Candidates need to qualify all the tests in order to make it to the selection.  There will be cutoff marks to shortlist the candidates.

Here is the selection pattern of soldiers for Indian Army.

• Written exam
• PST
• PMT

Candidates who have qualified in all the above three rounds will be enlisted in the merit list by Indian Army.

Open Army Bharti Rally Exam Pattern

Paper-I

In paper-I there will be 100 questions and each question carries one mark making a total of 100 marks.  The exam will be conducted for 60 minutes.  The pass marks for the exam is pre-decided Indian Army and it is 32 marks.

Paper-II

Paper-II exam will be conducted for Soldiers technical, solider CIK, and soldier nursing assistant.

For Soldier Technical

The exam will be conducted for 30 minutes for a total of 50 marks.  The pass marks for this exam is 16 marks.

For Solider CIK

The exam will be conducted for 30 minutes for a total of 50 marks.  The pass marks for this exam is 16 marks.

For Soldier Nursing Assistant

The exam will be conducted for 30 minutes for a total of 50 marks.  The pass marks for this exam is 16 marks.
