Educational Qualification
For applying to the above mentioned posts, the candidate must be possessing 60% of marks in MBA with an specialization in HR/ Master Degree in relevant subject along with :
For post 1 : PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relation
For post 2 : ACA/ AICWA (ACMA)
For post 3 :Engineering Graduation in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Metallurgy with minimum 60% of marks
Age Limit
For being eligible for the above mentioned posts, a candidate must be 28 yrs of age as on 01-2011-2014, age relaxation as per rules is available.
Selection Process
Applicants will be selected on the basis of their performance in a written test and an interview.
