KPSC Recruitment 2016
Karanataka public service commission is known as KPSC. KPSC has been announce the recruitment for Junior Health Inspector, Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical), Asst Statistical officer, Industrial Extension officer, Electrician Grade – I, Textile Inspector of group C Technical posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through online. The online submission of application starts from as 6th April, 2016 and the last date of submission of application form as 5th May, 2016.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualification
Aspirants must have completed their 10th, ITI, Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering / textiles / Handloom Technology / Sanitary Health Inspector, Graduation Degree in Science / Civil Engineering from recognized institution or board with minimum aggregate.
Age limit
Candidates should have the minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 35 years as on closing date of application submission. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category according to Government norms.
Selection process
Candidate’s selection is based on their performance in the written exam followed by personal interview and rank obtained in merit list. If the candidate had qualified in the written test then they will allowed to personal interview.
Pay scale:
For the selected candidates they will pay as per post for Assistant Statistical Officer – Rs.20000/- to Rs.36000/- per month, Junior Engineer (Civil) – Rs.17650/- to Rs.32000/- per month, Industrial Extension Officer – Rs.17650/- to Rs.32000/- per month, Textile Inspector – Rs.17650/- to Rs.32000/- per month, Junior Engineer (Electrical) – Rs.17650/- to Rs.32000/- per month, Work Inspector – Rs.17650/- to Rs.32000/- per month, Electrician Grade-I – Rs.12500/- to Rs.24000/- per month.

Assistant Statistical Officer – 58 Posts, Junior Engineer (Civil) – 169 Posts, Industrial Extension Officer – 33 Posts, Textile Inspector – 08 Posts, Junior Engineer (Electrical) – 30 Posts, Work Inspector – 211 Posts, Electrician Grade-I – 29 Posts, Junior Health Inspector – 268 Posts.
Application fee
The candidates who belong to General category have to pay Rs 300/- and for SC / ST and PH and Ex-MP candidates have to pay Rs 25/-
KPSC is established under the provisions of the constitution of India on 18th May 1951. The office of the Central recruitment board is a part of Mysore. Mainly the board is involved in written exam as well as the interview. Annually number of jobs issues by the board to fill the empty seats.
