Hi friends ,my name is aneesha and im working at mescom.im here to give advice for student who applied for exam and eagerly waiting from several months,first of all im telling that government job is kind of, it take long process to recuit .it has several proceedure .first one is conducting exam,it depends on performance of each limited,it may takes six month or some time a year. And next one is result,for announcing result atleast need 3 to 6 months.after the result of 2 month another list will be published on website ,here is the chances of selection from reservation methord. If you selected here your name will be in waiting list after 2 month,and limited will verify your documents identification,if everything is properly then you will be chosen for selected candidates list.after this you will be selected for a year training,here is most important is your charactre and work efficiency.if they found everything fine with you then you will apointed as permanent governament employee.the whole process takes more then 2-3 year.for this long process most important thing you have to be is patience. This proceedure applies all kind governament jobs.so im requesting in student who applied for mescom and other governament exam to keep patience.hope this information will be find usefull.thank you..

Friends please stop to blame mescom.mescom postponed exam by your(aspirants of mescom job) request only.mescom was all set for conducting exams.so they published date,place and Hallticket as per their duty.but some students are applied for central government exam also.that exam also was in same day.so who applied for both posts requested in mescom department to postponed mescom exam.for student benifit mescom postponed exam.after that department not get to chance for conducting exams because, there was continious exams for digree diploma students in college’s who also aplied in mescom exam.now till jully agust there is exam for engineering and post graduate students.and mescom Job also conducting in engineering colleges only.

Sunil plz dont argue with mescom officers. They have complete authority to conduct postpone and cancell the post when they wish at any stage.u can read this condition when u downloading aplication form.for example some day before mescom related company called post for line man,after 3or4 month they completly cancelled the posts and published to refund of aplication money through D.D ,after waiting 5 months if they cancelled we only get loss.so its better to listen til they conduct exam.anyway its all about luck only. In lakh its not easy u chose with in 100 rank all.so dont argue with officers.mescom exam is not easy as u think.

U.P.S.C ಯಂತಹ ಭಾರತದ ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಇಲಾಖೆ 8 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.ಹಾಗೆ ಇರುವಾಗ 6 ತಿಂಗಳಾದರು ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಪರೀಕ್ಫೆ ಕೂಡ ನಡೆಸದೆ ಇರುವುದು ಆತಂಕದ ವಿಷಯ.ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯತನಕ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಮತ್ತು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ನೌಕರರು ಇ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಅವಕಾಶ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಡಿಮೆ.ಎಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನೈಪುಣ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಾವು ಇಷ್ಟು ಕಾದಿದ್ದು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಭಯ ಖಂಡಿತ ಇದೆ.

Yes we many of called mescom number.they don’t have any information regarding exams.they simply tells may conducting exams,and not decided yet.since march they telling same things..some telling exam will be on next year first half.or some telling exams are cancelled and re-funding.totally we trapped.im feeling like ,they r cheated.guys what should I do.anyone help me?

What get if we go for media?in Karnataka there is lot of major problem stil not got solution.however in term and condition application clearly said that ,mescom has complete authority to hold or cancel exam in any time? In Karnataka there is many exam stil holding from many years.no one supporting us.it’s better to give pressure in mescom ,for it all have to give request in mescom union.1lakh70thousand student applied.but here only few getting tensed.you have answer for it?

plz dont conduct mescom exams in online.in cet,central govt exam also faced same problem like,server down,and not taking login id , hanging computers, shortage of computers,and lot of problem have to faces.at that panic time no one giving response.and second time exam its mission impossible.some lucky people get good computers,remaining worst.and in computer u have no chance to calculate maths all.already has negative marks so it will be teribble for students.in aplication clearly said that exam wil be on omr marks sheet.so pls conduct exams on omr marksheet this year.othervice student have to suffer once again.if you want to conduct online exams then please remove complicated maths from syllabus.we are human not robots.and its huge loss for kannada medium students.because kannada software have to install in every computer.after it also can see many errors in the sentance.so drop the plan of online exams

As per info Mescom is either conducting AE/JE first later Ass/JA on next year it may be vice versa still it’s in pending…but sure for any one exam is conducting this third quarter..examination will be in online basis..examination institute is not issued date for conducting exam to Mescom.
mr.ramesh thank u for your information.you are perfectly right for some reason as mescom conducting exams on online,and mescom gave authority to a institution,and within this year end mescom conducting exams.its all true brother.but you may not knew ,our hon.energy minister clearly said that all post recuiting with in this year.so they called some more 6000+ lineman posts.if they have intension to conducting exams than, doing all exams at a time.problem is that till no one talking anything about exam.no one bothering about it.

Mescom is not recruiting line man post and station master..examination authorities are different for each escom.. As per the info earlier Mescom decided to conduct exam in omr later the decision was changed to online. This took long to renew the contract between Mescom and authority..

Since the authority has to establish server in secure for online exam and perform real world testing before anything goes wrong .. It will take time to ..and also the online examination decision was done just one month ago..honestly I don’t know when they will conduct exam..every officer I met says they will conduct very soon..

Because they don’t had plan to conduct exams on online.i think just one month before they decided.may be they got some problem with first exam authority.so may they gave authority to some other institution and planned to conducting exams on online.brother Ramesh is it true that for whole process(exam,result,merit list,training,and selection) recruitment took 1to 2year?
No..I guess.because for conducting exam they have called tender in that tender they have clearly mentioned the tender span is 6 month..but it didn’t happen..so the tender is extended for again 6 month So the whole process completes within 6 months..as per info Mescom is going with same exam authority so it’s taking time ..in government sector if they want to give some work to third party they have to call tender which will be published in newspaper..

I heard that in online conducting exams and on the spot anounce the result.is it true? Whats all new we can expect this time?
If it is spot result it is well and good more transparency ..at least you know how much you scored instead of waiting result for 2 week ..I think ..and the selection may be done later ..like top scorer marks will be consolidated and called for verification later…
Online is simple..in screen you will get login ..you may have to enter your reg ID and password ..once login the timer starts running it will be shown in top ..timmer may be 2 hours ..after 2 hours you might get option to submit or directly it will logout..about question it will be optional ..you will get 4 optional answer either any one of the answer you have to tick..Thats it.. Depends on your institute they will provide rough sheets..
November 2015 mescom called tender to authorities with 6 month agreement for conduct exams.
and in January 2016 mescom called for recruitment.
And march 2016 middle half mescom start to distribute admit card and published 2016 april 2 onwards exam dates.
But two days later means march 20 got that exam is postponed.
Now its 2016 agust end, but stil no update about exams.when mescom doing exam?..
Ramesh and rajeshwari it’s not possible to give the result in spot.bcz exam conduct in many centre and there after they collect top scorer from all centre. merit , reservation through recruiting candidates.so they need time to select list.for it they need atleaest 2 weeks.
Mr.ramesh I’m not agree with u.Karnataka energy department exams are very transparent and has very good system. which is more efficient and effective.department care about all type of candidates so,they giving opportunity to all type category aspirants through merit,reservation of caste ,handicaps,rural area,Kannada medium,ex army,and hk region.department wishes people have to work in govt,who coming from different platforms .if govt have to start appoint only 90% secured students then what other candidates have to do for job?.so department giving respect for each one emotions.and first of all number of marks not decides anyone talent.as my opinion 50% candidate have to chose by highest marks and remaining by different reservation and department is perfectly right

Ramesh is really online exam was needed?because most of all got server problem in website when submits application forms only.for each 5 minute server was shutting down.we took three days for apply a application.you really think we can write successfully 2 hour exams without any interrupt.because as much I know if any server problem got exam will be postponed.because its not easy fix in some hour.same thing happened some year before in a department.u think its really works?

Ramesh sir I applied for assistant post.online exam put us in confussion. from some source I got that around 15,000 people applied for this post in my district.and in my district 3 engg college there.in each college maximum 300 computer there.is it possible to conduct 15000 student at a time?.if they conducting in different time of each two hour.they atleaest need a week for assistant exam?then what about all post? How many months going this exams?

U peoples get free scholarships like e pass etc etc no objection , u peoples get reservation in education for higher studies like BE Mtech MBBS etc for that also no objection . govt is giving u reservation in studies, utilise properly work hard and get good marks.
But why this reservation system for jobs.
At least they must give 50% seats for merit students and 50% reservation for poor irrespective of caste.

Mescom junior assistant have to work in revenue and administration both section.after selection department will chose the approximately 75% of candidates in revenue and remaining are in administration.
Junior assistant is a new post in mescom ,escom and kptcl.till 2015 department not recruited for this post. But stil many junior assistant’s are working in department from long time?how is it possible?
Til 2015 department recruiting junior assistant’s (j.a) by their work experience and skill only. Workers who was working in department computer,typing,billing section getting promotion to junior assistant only by their skill,work efficiency and experience base.but from 2015 bescom recruited to junior assistant posts through exams .2016 mescom called for recruitment.and now all escom and kptcl calling from September 8.some year ago for junior assistant post workers they has to work and wait for 10 to 12 years.now govt and department gave great opportunity to everyone to be a junior assistant of mescom revenue or mescom administration department.but for being a j.a need hard work ,efficiency and knowledge. I called mescom 3 time in last 6 month.whenever I called they said not decided yet,but doing.but stil even not updated any notification. All the escom conducting exam on same day..even Mescom (i guess)may be..because kptcl and escom online application format resembels with MESCOM online application format.. In kptcl and escom exam you can apply to only one escom per post..for more info check gescom website
How it is possible mescom and kptcl conduct same day more number of student apply in mescom. Apply only one company mescom candidates are not eligible to other escom exam. mescom syllabus and kptcl syllabus are different.kptcl notification mescom seat matrix are not published

Bros for assistant and junior assistant the syllabus mentioned is general English /general Kannada. Then 40 marks they ask Kannada and no English if I select as Kannada.? Not a single question from English language.?
@vidhya these is no difference between assistant and jr assistant post.,assistant is the next stage of junior assistant.in salary also there is little amount of differences there.their work is same,they are sharing work and working on it..now I come to matter, if u learned til 10th standard in Kannada medium and in 10th exam if u chose kannada subject as first language then again u don’t need to write Kannada exam. second thing there is option comes to the end of application which language u prepare to write exams.there is two option like English and Kannada.if u chose English your all question will be in English .including maths,computer,gk,and english grammar.and if u chose Kannada to write,then maths,computer,gk question in will be on Kannada language and english grammar will be on english as usual.i hope this information will b useful to you.

im already knew that mescom not doing exams.because in mescom history its first time they wasted 9 month.it mean they must have any major problem.even there is no single update from mescom.not responsing for mail call thing.anyway im not bothering about it.we are requesting for refund our money thats it.i just want to use that money for kptcl or escom aplications.
Since april all of telling mescom exam in stay on.can anyone tell what is the real problem in mescom? Suresh when mescom conduct exams? Before kptcl exam or after it.as per sources there is no chance for mescom exam,so kptcl left it.thats why asking,do u know when it will be?
That’s wrong even if the kptcl add Mescom in list then for Mescom exam again we have to register online and previous registration fees must be returned..it takes lot of process for Mescom ..simply they can’t add along with kptcl..

A company recuiting 400+ posts.and their Aplication fees 500 and 300 rs.and
total aplied candidates are 1,70,000 . if we considered 1lakh students aplied for 500rs aplication and remaining 70 thousand for 300rs rs aplication.then what is the total money company collected candidates aplication?

If i got job in kptcl or escom,i cant work in my hometown.im basically from manglore.working in out of state.there is no transfer between two different escom division.so im worry about mescom exams.i have problem in family,so they need of me.i thought mescom was good oportunity for me.so i was prepared well.but they are heartless.
Their helpline number is not working,emails are not responding ,and and even after 9 months they are not ready to talk about exams? What it means?
its only great loss for the candidates of chikamagalur,shivamoga,udupi,manglore.and remaining are got second opportunity through escoms and kptcl.so no one raising voice.anyhow stop to think about mescom and concerntrate on other escoms and kptcl exams.all the best
I think exam authority is completly failed to management the exams.for 400 post exam need how many years? GM told it’ll be online exam for sure and he didn’t give any clue on exam date. He just told we will definitely conduct the exam. We will finish within 2 months. Previously we planned for offline exam but government stopped us and asked to conduct it online. Don’t stop preparing. He told like this.

im also a mescom job aspirant.please stop to spread rumours.i can understand each and everyone emotions.but we have to wait, im in contact in the some officers.they clearly said stil circular order not get of online exam.and not getting colleges to conduct exams.this is the only reason for delay.as per my info they are working on it.first of all they are planed to conduct offline exams,but govt said to be conduct in online.so its took time.stil not decicded any date or months.so its not good to count the month.but it may takes more than 3 months,may be more than that.please till not follow any website rumours,only mescom website updates are officials.more than 1.7 lakh students stil waiting as per some website query and survey.i think mescom and kptcl tenders get different authorities.so its very difficult conduct same time.mescom posts are only 441 but stil candidates giving more instrest on mescom. I bet mescom exam get very tough compitation.because its city of toppers.here we have to fight more than kptcl

No..if you want to claim GM then you must be the topper..Top numbers are reserved for GM..e.g 4 post are there in AE . 1 for GM 2 SC 1 OBC..and OBC candidate top the exam he by default gets GM..next 2 seats are claimed by SC candidate and next 1 seat is claimed by one more OBC candidate. So in this way the reservatio. Candidate gets two chances.
If 7 GM reserved seat are available then,to get this seat for a obc candidates,he must be get rank with in top 7 right?@Ramesh Sir
Yes linganna..you will get two chances.. if you top in 7 you will be claimed under GM..if you rank 8 you will be claimed under OBC..based on your category.

in many website ,candidates claimed upcoming month doing exams and they said confirmed it by officials.but all the dates said was passed out.nothing is done. so dont believe in any rumours.organisation not released any official notifications or press meet.they are doing through online so,they may releases press meet some months before the exams.so its good to wait or else find other jobs.its difficult to understand who is lieing,but candidates loosing hope every month by this kind of rumours..

Please let’s us wait still more. There might be some process with conducting online exam is still going on. And also there is difficulty in getting colleges to Conduct exam. Moreover we have exam centres in chikkamagalur , shivmogga . Even in those cities they should get ready for online exams.

i saw 3 october energy department official notification on news papers.i just felt like that official notification released for mescom candidates more then anyone.because remaining already knew about online exams.v thought its two different recuitment,so we applied for mescom,kptcl escom post also.now they released notification along with mescom,escom and kptcl.anyone knew is it that mescom,kptcl and escom conducting exam on same day?or different time?(pavan also mentioned in above comments college are not getting easily conduct exams)

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಲೆಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಇಲ್ಲ ಕೆಪಿಟಿಸಿಎಲ್ ನ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಯೂನಿಯರ್ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಸಿಲೆಬಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಾ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವಿರಬಹುದು.ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಸಿಲೆಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ವ್ಯಾಕರಣವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ,ಕೆಪಿಟಿಸಿಎಲ್ ಸಿಲೆಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ವ್ಯಾಕರಣ ಇದೆ.ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಂಕಗಳ ವಿಂಗಡಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ವಿದೆ.ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 10 ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಗಾಗಿ ಕಾದು ಕಾದು ನೊಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ.ಕೊನೆಗೆ ನಾವು ಕೆಪಿಟಿಸಿಎಲ್ ಜೊತೆ ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಿದ್ದೇವೆ.ಆದರೆ ಕೆಪಿಟೆಸಿಎಲ್ ನ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ಕಂಪೆನಿ ಅಪ್ಲೀಕೇಷನ್ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಕಂಪೆನಿ ಹೆಸರು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೊನೆಯ ಬರೆವಸೆಯೂ ಸುಳ್ಳಾಗುವ ಭಯವಿದೆ. ಕೆಪಿಟಿಸಿಎಲ್ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಎಸ್ಕಾಂಗಳ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ.ಜೊತೆಗೆ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಕೂಡ ನಡೆಸಿ ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆಪಿಟಿಸಿಎಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ

pavan,ramesh,suresh,rural,help , .kptcl ready to do other escom exams but not ready to do mescom exam kptcl and escoms exam process going in good manner.kptcl going to do complete process for 7000+ line man post and 1900+ technical non technical exams which is recently called.but mescom not doing only 400+ exams which called 10 month before.whover all called to mescom from past 10 months got same answer soon doing,but 10 month rollout but no progress.even kptcl not intrested on mescom exams.whats going on bro,what is it mean?
Why all are waiting for mescom try other companys kptcl and escoms. kptcl conduct exams only within the notification companys kptcl ces bes hes and gescom. mescom conduct seperately it is useful all mescom candidate get 2 chance i also applied for mescom exam but not waiting for that exam
