NEET UG is an entrance exam it is Central board of Secondary Education conducts this test for taking admission in various undergraduate medical and dental programes. This entrance test is held in two phases, the first session has completed on 1st May 2016 and the candidates are waiting for the phase 2 exam it going to be held on July 24, 2016. The candidates who have not applied for the phase 1 exam, can apply for phase 2 exam this good chance for that candidates. The NEET application form can be filled in online mode. The NEET application from 2016 can be filled only by those candidates who have not applied for AIPMT (Phase 1) are eligible to fill the NEET 2016 application form (Phase 2) 2016.

About NEET

NEET UG which is replaced by AIPMT last year is a national level exam conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for all those students who wish to catch up with the profession of Medical Science. The admission for 15 percent of the total seats for Medical / Dental bachelor degree couses in medical colleges run by Union of India State govt, minicipal and other local authorities in India except the state of Jammu and Kashmir is made on the basis of AIPMT merit list.

To qualify this exam is necessary for the contestants to get admission in medical colleges in India except AIIMS in New Delhi and Post-graduate Institute for Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh. Educational qualification to apply for NEET Phase 2

To apply for NEET phase 2 exam the candidates should be 12th class pass with Science background. The candidates should pass with minimum aggregate marks in these subjects, the subjects are Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology. The candidates who belong to general category should have 50 percent marks, and SC / ST 40 percent and PH 45 percent marks.

Syllabus of NEET Phase 2  Exam 2016:

The syllabus of NEET exam will be covered by subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The most important parts are as follow

Physics : Physics of nucleus, Radioactivity and Simple harmonic motion

Chemistry : Surface chemistry, bio molecules and environmental chemistry

Biology : Animal Morpho, Animal Reproduction and dev, Biotechnology principal and process

Pattern of examintion

There are 180 questions in AIPMT exam, there is negative marking , for wrong answer they will cut 1 mark. The duration of the exam is 3 hours i.e 10:00 AM to 1: 00 PM. The question booklet will be in English and Hindi language. Each question carry 4 marks. In Physics the total questions are 45 and marks 180, In chemistry 45 questions and 180 marks, Zoology consists 45 questions and 180 marks, Botany consists 45 questions and 180 marks the total questions consists is 180 and the total marks are 720.

NEET Phase 2 Application fee

The candidates who are interested to write the NEET UG exam application fee is required. The candidates who belong to General category and OBC have to pay Rs 1000/- and those who belong to SC / ST / PH have to pay Rs 500/-
