PNB Net Banking Registration Process and Steps
Candidates no need to visit the bank branch in order to activate internet banking services. Customers can actuate e-banking services on their bank accounts only when they have registered their mobile numbers with their respective bank branch. Users can also actuate e-banking services right form their couch through online. It is very easy and not so time taking as well. Users need to fill in online application form and submit it to activate the services. In order to use internet banking services customer must have registered mobile number as well as PNB Debit card.
How to Activate PNB Internet Banking Services
- To start the activation of internet banking services, customers first need to visit the official site of PNB bank i.e, https://www.netpnb.com. If you are using mobile for activation, use Chrome browser.
- In the page opened you can find two different banking login options; Retail banking and Corporate Banking. Choose Retail Banking.
- It will direct you to a new page where you need to click on New User link.
- On clicking New User link you will be navigated to a new page where you will need to input your account number. Enter the account number under which you have your debit card for which you want to activate internet banking services. Enter the date of birth or PAN Card number.
- Now select registration type. If you want to activate online banking option for both mobile and internet then click on the option saying ‘registration for both internet and mobile banking’. In another case choose ‘registration for internet banking’ and click on verify button. (For users who already have internet banking account the system will show ‘User id is already created for the customer’).
- Now you will be asked to select either ‘view’ or ‘view and transaction’ and enter an OTP number delivered to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on continue. If you select ‘view only’ you will only be able to see the account information, but if you select ‘View and transaction’ you will be able to view all the account information as well as can perform online payments.
- A new page will be opened where you need to enter your debit card number and ATM PIN number and click on continue.
- It will be directed to a new page where you need to enter your login details like login id and password and click on continue. Follow the instructions while setting the password and login id.
- On successful registration you will receive a message saying ‘You have been successfully registered for PNB internet banking service. Your Login is ******’. Make sure to copy the login id safely.
- That’s it your PNB internet banking service is activated now. You can use the online banking services to shop your heart out and to perform online money transactions.

- Go to the official site of PNB bank and click on retail banking.
- Enter your customer number which is your User ID in the specified slot and click on continue.
- Click on ‘forgot password?’ link which will direct you to a new page. Enter your customer id in the page and submit.
- You will now receive OTP to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP in the slot provided and click on continue.
