Indian Postal Circle has advertised a notification asking the eligible and interested candidates to apply for the post of postal sorting assistant jobs. As per the official notification, there are 1825 postal vacancies which will be filled by conducting a written exam. Applicants who got selected for the post will be paid Rs.5200 to Rs.20200 along with grade pay of Rs.1900 to Rs.2400.
Eligibility criteria for UP Post office jobs 2016
Educational qualification

Age limit
- Applicants should have a minimum age of 18 and maximum of 27 as on 1st July, 2016.
- For OBC candidates, age relaxation is 3 years
- For SC/ST candidates, age relaxation is 5 years

Selection procedure
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written exam followed by Physical Endurance Test. Candidates who got qualified in the written exam will be forwarded for PET round. Shortlisted candidates will be given job.
