Exam Pattern of RRC NPTC Recruitment 2016

I had completed my BCA. I have 72% in SSC, 49 % in HSC with two attempts, and 59% in BCA. Am I eligible for RRB Non technical exam? There is no mention anywhere that 50% marks mandatory in all Field. However I have passed HSC with two attempts aggregate percentage is 49%. So please let me know that this is all right for selection after RRB exam.
