Rajasthan Board of Technical Education has released the notification of Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET) 2016. The RPET test will be conducted for the admission of various undergraduate engineering and architecture programs. Applicants can get the admission into various engineering colleges namely BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other deemed, public and private universities. These are all the affiliated colleges to the RBTE. RPET 2016 Eligibility Criteria
The board has laid down some guidelines on eligibility criteria for RPET 2016 application. Candidates must possess the eligibility given by the board.
Applicants who have passed 10+2 or other equivalent exam with 45 percent marks and above for general category and 40 percent mark and above for reserved category are eligible to apply for the RPET 2016 exam.
10+2 or other equivalent qualification must compete from the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or from Central Board of Secondary Education.
Applicant date of birth must be after 1st October, 1984 for reserved category and 01st October, 1989 for general category.
RPET 2016 Application Fee
Applicants who are applying for this exam need to pay Rs 800 + service charges while filling up the application form.
RPET 2016 Exam Pattern
Here we are providing the RPET exam pattern to help students in their preparation. Students can use this to prepare well for the exam.
The REPT exam will be objective type (all questions are in multiple choice questions). The exam have 120 questions where 40 questions from Physics, 40 questions from Mathematics and 40 questions from optional subject. Each question carries one mark; there will be total of 120 marks. And there is no negative marking for wrong questions. The total time duration of exam is 3 hours or 180 minutes.

RPET 2016 Application Form
The RPET 2016 registration will be began from the day of release of the application form. Candidates those who are interested and eligible can apply for the RPET 2016 exam. Applicants must read the official notification before filling up the application form.

- Click on the RPET 2016 Application Form.
- Enter all the required details such as Name of the Student, Father Name, 10+2 qualification details, address, email id and mobile number in their respected mentioned fields.
- Upload the scanned passport size photography and signature with the mentioned size in the notification.
- Then submit the application form.
- Now, pay the application fee of Rs 800 through any given method or you can contact e-Mitra or CSC kiosk center to pay the application fee.
- Now, you application form is successfully submitted and takes a print of the same for future use.

RPET 2016 Important Dates
- Staring of RPET online application in the month of March 2016
- Last date of submitting the online application form in the month of April 2016
- Application fee last date in the month of April 2016.
- Last date of sending the hard copy of application form in the month of April 2016.
- RPET Admit Cards 2016 will be released in the month of May 2016.
- RPET exam 2016 will be conducted in the month of May 2016.
- RPET Result 2016 will be released in the month of June 2016 and counseling will be held in the same month.
RPET 2016 Admit Card
RPET 2016 Admit Card will be released in its official website 10 days before the commencement of the exam. The date of releasing the admit card will be in the month of May, 2016. The board will release the admit cards to all the students who have applied for the RPET before the last date. Students may download the admit card in the official website of the board by entering the required details such as registration number and date of birth.
Candidates also check the details on the admit card if found any mistakes report to the officials. This is the important document to write the exam and this is useful in counseling process as well. Keep your admit card safe till your done with the all admission procedures.
RPET 2016 Results
RPET 2016 Result will be releasing in the month of May 2016. The board will declare the result in its official website and uploaded the rank card for the counseling purpose. Students will check out the result in the board official website with registration and date of birth and download the result and rank card.
The board will release the RPET 2016 Counseling notification and counseling dates. Candidates may participate in the counseling with all their education qualification, reservation documents if any, rank card, admit card, result page in the counseling center on date mentioned by the board.
