RRB Online Registration Form 2017 Apply Online @ rrbonlinereg.in : Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued notification online welcoming applications from the candidates. It has introduced RRB online so as to reach out to the crowds. RRB is going to recruit candidates for various Technical and non-technical posts from various groups (Group A, Group B, Group C, and Group D). Railway Recruitment Board is a government body of India that issues notifications every year to recruit candidates for various posts. It recruits merit candidates for various posts in Railways by conducting recruiting exams. Aspirants from different parts of the state participate in the exams conducted by RRB every year.

The online applications will be accepted via the official site of RRB. There are 21 branches of RRB all across the country that will be responsible for recruiting candidates for railways. Candidates can get a hold of the online applications in the official site of RRB. A candidate who satisfies the eligibility criteria should visit official web portal of RB and follow the link to fill in Railway online form. Applications of candidates who don’t fulfill the eligibility criteria, but still apply won’t be applied by RRB. Candidates who have qualified in 12th grade and hold graduation can apply for RRB recruitment.

Candidates should have their mobile number and email id with them when they sit for filling the application form. They need to check out the email id and mobile number so as to know to receive the updates from the RRB now and then about the applied exam. Candidates should not apply more than once for the same online test conducted by RRB. Applicants of RRB exam mandatorily should satisfy the educational criteria. Applicants should have the requisite of educational or technical qualification from approved university/institution as on the last date of application commencement mentioned by RRB in its official notification.
Candidates need to carry all their original certificates at the time of verification by RRB. Candidates who do not submit required certificates won’t be given jobs. Candidates need to keep the certificates near at the time of filling the application from. Candidates should also have a recent passport sized photographs with them while filling the application from for attesting purpose.
RRB Online Step-by-step Registration process
Step 1
- Candidates need to start by clicking on ‘New Registration’ link in the RRB official web portal.
- Candidates can choose any of RRB site to submit RRB online applications and click on ‘apply now’ button.
- At the time of filling the application form for the preliminary registration, candidates have to fill in education qualification along with other details like name, father’s name, date of birth, email id, mobile number, etc.
- Now candidates need to active the online registration process. On activation a registration number is generated automatically by the site, which is unique and should be used by the candidate later. Candidate will be asked to enter the mobile number and email id.
- On clicking the activation link of RRB Online Registration, the candidate will receive One Time Password (OTP) to his/her mobile number or email id, which will generate the registration number.
Step 2
- After successful registration candidates can step into second step i.e., ‘Candidate login’. In this step the posts for which candidates are eligible to apply will be displayed and candidates will need to set preferences as per their requirement.
- Candidates also need to fill in experience and qualification details.
Step 3
While submitting the application forms candidates need to pay the application fee. The application fee can be paid through online via Credit/Debit/Net Banking of all banks except SBI. Using SBI debit card and net banking services candidates can pay the application fee, but must login through candidate login menu and enter the receipt number and deposit date.
Candidates can also pay offline through challans. Candidates can download the postal challan prefilled with candidate’s details and pay by visiting any nearest post office.
Step 4
At the time of submitting application, candidates need to attach scanned copies of recent passport size photograph in JPEG format of size 50kb to 10kb.
Applications which are incomplete and inappropriate will not be accepted by RRB. Keep all these in mind while applying for RRB posts online.
