RRB Releases JE Recruitment Notification 2019 for 14033 Posts; Apply Online : Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released published a recruitment advertisement seeking applications for the posts of posts of Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent and Chemical and Metallurgical Assistants in various departments of Indian Railways.  RRB is going to fill in 14033 vacancies this year under this recruitment drive.  Contenders who are seeking government job in railways can apply online by visiting the official website of RRB.  Before applying candidates are requested to go through the official notification first.  The notification covers all the recruitment requirements and details like educational qualification, age limit, pay scale, application fee, syllabus, exam pattern etc.

RRB JE Recruitment 2019

Educational Qualification

As per the official notification, the applicants of RRB JE recruitment 2019 must have qualified diploma/degree in the relevant discipline of the vacancy.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit of the applicants should be 18 years and the maximum age limit should be 33 years as on 01 January 2019.  The age relaxation is applicable for the reserved category candidates as per the norms of RRB. The age relaxation for the OBC candidates is 3 years and for SC/ST candidates it is 5 years.

Application Fee

The application fee is RS.500/- for OBC and General candidates while the application fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates is RS.250/-.  Candidates can pay the application fee through online via Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.  The application fee need to be paid by 5, February 2019 whereas the SBI Challan and Post office Challan should be submitted before 4, February 2019.

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be done purely based on their performance in the selection rounds conducted. The three rounds of selection include written exam followed by document verification and medical examination.
