Educational qualifications required SAIL Recruitment 2018
Operator-cum-Technician Trainee:
Matriculation along with three years Diploma in Engineering (full time in Chemical, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical, Ceramics discipline) form any institute that is recognized by the Government. Age limit – 28 yrs as on 17th January 2018.
Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee:
Matriculation along with ITI from any form any institute that is recognized by the Government in the trades of Welder, Electrician, Rigger, Fitter, and Machinist only. Age limit – 28 yrs as on 17th January 2018.
Senior Registrar:
Candidates must have completed MBBS along with three years of full-time Degree of PG. Age Limit- the Upper limit is 35 yrs.
Resident House Officer:
MBBS with completion of Internship, Age Limit- the Upper limit is 30 years.
Registrar:
MBBS with the completion of 2 years Diploma (full-time); Age Limit- the Upper limit is 35 yrs.
Mining Foreman:
Matriculation with Diploma course in Mining with authentic Mines Foreman Certificate of Competency under MMR ( metalliferous mines) from DGMS along with one year of experience of post qualification in the respective field. Age Limit- the Upper limit is 30 years.
Deputy Managers:
Matriculation along with authentic Mining Mate Certificate of Competency under MMR (metalliferous mines) from DGMS along with one year of experience of post qualification in the respective field. Age Limit- the Upper limit is 30 years.

Junior Assistant (Trainee):
Graduate Degree along with one-year diploma in the stream of computer application. The candidate should have a minimum of 50% aggregate graduation marks (aggregate marks of 40% for ST/SC.PWD candidates) typing speed: 40 wpm (36 wpm for ST/SC/PWD/OBC (NCL) candidates). Shorthand speed: 80 wpm (72 wpm for ST/SC/PWD/OBC (NCL) CANDIDATES). Age Limit- the Upper limit is 30 years.
Surveyor:
Matriculation along with three years of Diploma (full time) in Mining and Mine’s survey from an institute that is recognized with the Surveyor’s certificate of competency and experience of post qualification of a minimum of 1 year in the respective field. Age Limit- the Upper limit is 30 years.
