Telangana EAMCET Exam 2015 Schedule

T  EAMCET 2015 Likely to be held  on 14th May

Telangana EAMCET Examination 2015, is the most awaited examination for the aspirants seeking Medicine and Engineering Admissions. The Eamcet-2015 (Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test) is scheduled on 14th May 2015. The aspirants waiting for T EAMCET  Notification can apply online from 28th February 2015  to 9th April 2015. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University ( JNTU ) is authorised to conduct the EAMCET Examination in both the states Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Candidates appearing for the EAMCET 2015 can apply on JNTU Official Website in announced dates.

Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has released the schedule on Friday 20th February. As per the schedule the EAMCET Examination is going to be held in 12 Examination centres. The corresponding officials are planning to increase the examination centres more than that of regular centres.

“T Papi Reddy, chairman of TSCHE has stated that ,  .”We are planning to have centres at Kodad in Nalgonda district and Kothapet in Khammam district as well”.. on the occasion of EAMCET Schedule release on Friday. ”
To qualify the EAMCET Examination, candidates must score atleast 25% of marks. Candidates belongs to reservation cadre, SC/ST will not be having any minimum qualifying mark as per the norms.
In the time of counselling candidates will be considered by 75% weightage in the EAMCET Score 2015 and 25% weightage in their Intermediate marks percentage. The consideration of marks weightage is same for both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states candidates.

Nearly 1,80,000 students from the state of Telangana and 70,000 students from Andhra Pradesh were estimated to appear for the 2015 EAMCET Examinations as per the records.

” Shailaja Ramaiyar, vice-chancellor of JNTUH  has stated that , “Twenty five per cent weightage to intermediate marks will be given irrespective of whether the candidate belongs to Andhra Pradesh Board or Telangana Board. “

“”About 1,80,000 students from Telangana and 70,000 from Andhra Pradesh are expected to take the exam this year,” said NV Ramana Rao, convenor of EAMCET . “

” “Even Andhra Pradesh candidates are eligible to be part of the 15 per cent seats that are reserved for students from other states.If they secure top scores, they are most welcome,” he additionally stated.. ”
NV Ramana Rao also stated that, EAMCET Result 2015, will be released on 28th May 2015.
