Telangana EdCET 2015 Notification: Osmania University has issued a notification regarding Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test 2015. EdCET is an entrance test which is conducted to provide admissions into B.Ed (2 Years) regular course in the State of Telangana. Osmania University has taken the responsibility to organize this TS EdCET examination on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education. Students who are seeking the admissions in B.Ed shold attempt this examination. Authority has planned to conduct the examination on 6th June 2015.
Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test 2015
Aspirants who have 50% of marks in their academics i.e., in Graduation B.A/B/Com/B.Sc/BCA/BBM/Others) are eligible to appear for Telangana EdCET 2015 Notification. Candidates who are willing and eligible to apply for TS EdCET Examination may apply online from www.tsedcet.org. Starting date for online application submission is 16th March 2015 hence the willing aspirants can hurry to apply for the examination.
How to Apply for Telangana EdCET 2015 Online
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST have to pay Rs. 150/- and all other candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- through online by using the credit or debit card. The applicants have to appear for the examination on 6th June 2015. Candidates who would secure minimum marks in the test are allowed to take the admissions in the respective colleges. Open category candidates other than SC/ ST have to get minimum of 25% of marks in the test to get the rank. Result will be announced in the month of 25th June 2015.
The examination is going to be organised by the Osmania university in various examination centres such as Hyderabad, Nizamabad, Nirmal, Karimnagar, Siddipet, Warangal, Janagaon, Khammam, Kotagudem, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahaboobnagar and Wanaparthy. Interested candidates must send their applications through online mode only. Candidates should kept ready all the required documents for filling the details during the online application submission. Online applications will be accepted from 14th March to 7th May 2015. Interested and willing aspirants can apply before the closing date without fail. Candidates can also apply for the Telangana EdCET Examination till March 21 2015 with a late fee of Rs. 1000/-.
