TNPSC Group 4 Exam Application Process : On 9th August, 2016 Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released a notification welcoming applications for TNPSC Group IV 2016. The notification says that are 5451 vacancies in posts like Junior Assistant, Bill Collector, Field Surveyor, Typist, Draftsmen, Steno-typist Grade III. The candidates who got qualified in the selection procedure will be provided jobs into Tamil Nadu Survey and Land Records, Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial, Subordinate Service, Tamil Nadu Secretariat Service. The exam is scheduled to be held on 6th November, 2016. The last date for online application commencement is 8th September and last date of fee payment is 11th September, 2016. The applications are available in the official site of TNPSC. Candidates can apply for the posts depending on their eligibility criteria and interest to the post by filling the applications. The official site of TNPSC from where candidates can apply is www.tnpsc.gov.in.

TNPSC Group 4 Exam Application Process
- The applications for group 4 exam are only available in the official site of TNPSC. So, candidates should only look for the online applications in the official site. The official site of TNPSC is tnpsc.gov.in. In the application submitting process candidates need to submit scanned copies of recent passport size photograph and signature.
- While registering, candidates need to provide valid email ID and mobile number. You should keep the email id and password confidential.
- The email id which you have provided at the time of registration will be used by TNPSC to send you the emails of admit card for written exam, call letter for interview and other important memos.
- While filling the application candidates need to concentrate and should not make any mistakes. The Name of the candidate, post applied, communal category, date of birth, address, email ID, center of exam etc should be filled appropriately as after the last date of submitting online applications no modifications will be allowed to the date provided.
- Candidates who want to receive a message are advised to provide their mobile number in the application while registering.

How to apply for TNPSC Group 4 Exam 2016?
- Go visit the official site of TNPSC i.e., tnpsc.gov.in.
- In the official site click on the application link and select the name of the post you are going to apply for.
- Apply all the details in appropriate fields and upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature.
- Pay the application fee as suggested in the notification and submit the application.
- Take a printout of your application and secure it for future use.
Mode of payment
Candidates can pay either online or offline.
Online payment
If you are paying online, pay the fee through your net banking, credit or debit card. On successful completion of online transaction a registration number and password will be generated.
Offline payment
In order to apply offline candidates need to select either post office or Indian Bank and submit the application. On submission candidates will receive application number and password and a payment chalan. Candidate need to take a printout of the chalan and go to either post office or Indian bank to pay the application fee. The application fee that is deposited through chalan is considered as successful only when the transaction reaches through post office or Indian Bank within two working days from the date of application registration.

Application Fee
- The application fee is Rs.50/-
- Exam fee is Rs.75/-
- Total fee is Rs.125/-
Applicants who have registered in TNPSC one time registration system by paying registration fee of Rs.50/- need not pay the application fee for 5 years from the date of registration and can apply to any posts issued by commission.
