UP Board of Secondary Education will going to declare the results of 10th class and 12 th class on May 15. About 30 lakh candidates are waiting for the results of High school and Intermediate examination this year. The Intermediate exams was held in the month of February – March.
About UP Board
Uttar pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, was established in the year 1921 in Allahabad. It started conducting exams from 1923. The main aim of the board is to provide better education and improve the quality of education in the State. Some previous UP 10th result statistics
In the year 2012 the over all pass percentage is 79.76 percent in that boys secure 77.47 percent and girls secure 78.83 percent the candidates appeared in the exam is 1,67,561. In the year 2013 the over all pass percentage is 82.39 percent in that boys secure 80.76 percent and girls secure 81.92 percent and the candidates appeared in the exam is 2,71,739. In the year 2014 the pass percentage is 89.19 percent and girls secure 87.29 percent and boys secure 88.51 percent and the candidates present in the exam is 3,73,284. In the year 2015 the over all pass percentage is 93.73 and boys secure 91.25 percent and girls secure 92.29 percent and the candidates precent in the exam is 4,23,671. In 2016 the board is expecting 95 percent and boys are going to secure 93 percent and girls are going to secure 94 percent and the candidates present in the exam is 5,55,301. Every year the percentage is increasing gradually and girls are securing more marks than boys.
The results will be declared officially on 15th May at the UP board head quarters, Allahabad by the secretary Amarnath Verma at 12 : 30 pm.
