Uttar Pradesh TET Exam Pattern and UPTET Syllabus 2020

The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board had released the official UPTET Syllabus for Paper 1 and Paper 2. No changes have been made in the paper pattern or syllabus of the UPTET Exam so far.
Paper 1: Questions from Child Development, Learning & Pedagogy, 1st Language, 2ndLanguage, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies will be asked. Check Tips to Crack UPTET 2020.
Paper 2: Candidates will have an option in the fourth subject between Mathematics/Science and Social Studies.
The exam is scheduled for December 22, 2020, in offline mode (Pen and Paper). The recruitment exam will be conducted for the post of Primary and Upper Primary Level teachers in various schools of Uttar Pradesh. Check UPTET Exam Pattern
Both the papers will audit the competence of candidates to teach students of primary and upper primary level.

Uttar Pradesh TET Exam Pattern and UPTET Syllabus 2016-2017

UPTET 2017 Exam Syllabus and Pattern

TET means Teacher Eligibility Test and it is an Indian entrance examination for teachers who are working already and for fresher who are trying for government teacher job. TET was established by the Government of India to improve the standards of teaching. The exam was conducted for the first time in the year of 2011. For teachers who are already working, they are also need to clear the exam in two years span. Teacher Eligibility Test is mandatory for getting teaching jobs in government schools from Class 1st to Class 8th. All graduates, B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, etc. are qualified to write this test. All B. Ed. graduates supposed to pass this test to work as a teacher. A applicant has to score over 60 per cent to clear the this test. There will be two Papers in TET exam. Paper 1 is meant for teachers for Class 1st to Class 5th and Paper 2 for Class 6th to Class 8th. Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted by both Central government and State governments in India. Most states in the country conduct their own TET Exam. The National Council for Teacher Education maintains the records of all the results and information about TET exam.

Uttar Pradesh TET Exam Pattern 2016-17

Uttar Pradesh TET Exam Pattern 2016 is given below. The main question paper will be two languages that is English and Hindi. There will be two papers in the UPTET examination pattern.

• Paper – I will be for opting class I to V
• Paper  II will be for opting class VI to VIII

UPTET Exam Pattern 2017
