AKTU has again rescheduled the UPSEE 2020 dates due to the COVID -19 situation. Now the exam is expected to be held on September 20, 2020. Previously UPSEE exam 2020 was to be conducted on August 2, 2020. UPSEE Application forms for UG courses were available until August 9, 2020. Registration has been extended till August 9, 2020. Its a state level exam for candidates seeking admission in various UG AND PG courses. Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam is a gateway to institutes which are affiliated to AKTU. The university also conducts PG level management exam for the students who are seeking to enrol the same.

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE 2018) is a state level entrance exam conducted for Admission into colleges affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. This exam is conducted every year in the month of Apr/May to fill seats in various UG/PG courses. The exam is held in both online and offline mode. The UPSEE application form will be available online in the third week of January 2018 and the application fee must also be paid online. Correction window may be available for candidates to rectify their mistakes in the application form of UPSEE during the specified dates notified by the University. Candidates can download their UPSEE 2018 admit card from the second week of April 2018. Other details such as eligibility, application fee etc. of UPSEE 2018 are given below-

The payment of application fee will be done through credit card/debit card or net banking. Service charge plus taxes will be applicable while making the payment.
UPSEE 2018: Eligibility Criteria –
- Candidates must have secured at least 45% of their qualifying exam. SC/ST candidates must have secured a minimum of 40% in the qualifying exam.
- Candidates must have studied intermediate of UP board or 10+2 or equivalent with Maths & Physics as compulsory subjects and any one of the optional of the subjects – Chemistry/ Bio-Technology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject. Candidates opting for B.Tech Biotechnology should have studied either Maths or Biology and Physics as compulsory subjects.
- They should have the exam without any grace marks in each of the compulsory subjects and one optional subject
- There is no age limit for UPSEE 2018.
UPSEE 2018 Application Form
UPSEE 2018 Application Form will be available from 2nd week of February 2018. Interested candidates can make an application for UPSEE 2018 through online mode. Candidates need to register themselves first to be able to apply for the exam. Candidates need to keep the following documents ready before they start filling the UPSEE 2018 application form. This year Aadhar card is a necessary document for the registration process to complete.
UPSEE Eligibility Criteria Exam Pattern Application Form 2016
UPSEE is conducted by the UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University) which is also known as Gautam Budh Technical University located in Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is a combined state level exam for admission in various Undergraduate such as B.Tech, B.FAD, B.Arch, B.Pharm, BHMCT and Postgraduate (MBA and MCA) programmes. An application form will be available for the candidates in the month of February 2016.
Eligibility Criteria for UPSEE 2016
UPSEE eligibility criteria constitute of conditions that must be fulfilled by the candidates to be eligible for the exam. If a candidate is not able to fulfill even single criteria then he will not be considered eligible for appearing in the exams. If a candidate is not eligible according to the given eligibility conditions UPSEE 2016 can still fills the application form for the exam then the University has every right to cancel candidate’s application form at any stage of the process without any prior intimation. For B.Arch
Candidates should have completed higher secondary Uttar Pradesh Board examination or equivalent from any recognized university or board. Candidate having 3 years Diploma in Architecture recognized by the central government or state government are also eligible to apply for UPSEE 2016. Candidates should have scored a minimum of 50 percent without grace in each mandatory and optional subject.
For BHMCT & BFAD & BFA
Candidates should have completed higher secondary Uttar Pradesh Board examination or equivalent from any recognized university or board. Candidates should have scored minimum 45 percent without grace and 40 percent for SC and ST category candidates in aggregate.
For B.Tech and B.Pharm
Candidate should have completed Uttar Pradesh Board higher secondary or equivalent from any recognized board or any recognized university. Candidate should have scored a minimum of 45 percent for SC and ST category candidates 40 percent without grace in required each mandatory subjects and one optional subject taken together.
UPSEE Examination Pattern 2016
Exam pattern of UPSEE 2016 will consist of multiple choice type questions except for drawing paper as part B of paper IV for an architecture course. Each paper carries different marks like paper 1, 2 and 3 carries a total of 600 marks and paper 4 carries a total of 500 marks and paper 5, 6, 7 and 8 carries a total of 300 marks and paper 9, 10, 11 and 12 carries a total of 400 marks. Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks and there will be no negative marking in this examination. For Under Graduate programs all the papers will be conducted in the mode of offline in multiple choice question format. All the papers will be held in languages Hindi and English except part A of paper 4. Alternatively, for Post Graduate courses all the papers will be held in an online mode in multiple choice type question format.
