Verry narrow mind the head of of upsssc as he has passed notification about computer literacy doeaac ccc degree what about same degree from various university/government institute/correspondence courses. He has not allowed in interview equivallent degree or higher qualificatiin degree in computer literacy this shows his narrow mind it is a tuglaki farman for us he may be taken bribe from doeacc . panchayati raj mantri must intervene this matter as soon as possible. Upsssc is following the wrong procedure in gram panchayat adhikari interview infact the notification which has given by gram panchayat adhikari in 2015 that itself was wrong as he has asked computer literacy from doeacc and must hold ccc. If anybody is holding higher degree like o,a,b level certificate from doeacc then also they are not allowing to appear in the interview. It is a great surprise to all of us that anybody holding hither degree then nobody will opt for lower degree.
Why doeacc only. Up gov institute/central government institute degree why they are not taking. Doeacc is neither a up gov institute nor central gov institute it is recognised society as a welfare , why it has given so importance.my name is yn dwivedi from harraiya basti
Taking view of above fact kindly intervene this matter as soon as possible so that real able candidate should get benifit.

i m mca n i am selected in VDO written but i dnt have ccc certificate i dnt knw what UPSSSC want , why they are not taking higher qualification than CCC.i think they think they have to candidate na kam na jayda
