Eligibility
Residents of UP need to satisfy certain eligibility criteria to apply for the ration card. The eligibility of the resident will be decided based on the income of family and they will be issued APL, BPL, and ARC depending on it.
- BPL card will be issued to those families having income less than Rs.10, 000.
- People whose income is less than the poverty line will be issued APL card. There is no limit on the income of the family.
- ARC card will be issued to those who are very poor and their income is too low to take account for.

- Go to the official web portal of the authority i.e., fcs.up.nic.in.
- In the official website, select the District name you belong to.
- Now choose the Tehsil name you belong to.
- Now select the shopkeeper name
- Find your name in the list.
Documents required for filling online application form
Below are the documents that are required for filling online application form.
- Photo of Guardian/head of the family wit size below 30 KB.
- Voter ID/EPIC/Matdata Pahchan Patra Sankhya
- Aadhaar No./Aadhaar Enrollment Number
- Income certificate
- LPG gas connection related info.
- Bank account details like bank name, branch name, IFSC code, bank account no etc.
- Town/rationing area/ward name/ward no for Urban Area.
