BITSAT Notification 2016 Application Form
BITS Pilani, will conduct BITSAT (BITS Admission Test) 2016 for intake of worthy candidates into Under Graduation Engineering courses. This exam will be held in a window in the month of May 2016. Application form for the exam will be start from the month of December 2015 and students will only be able to fill it through online. Birla Institution of Technology and Sciences (BITS)
BITS is known as Birla Institution of Technology and Science, Pilani, is one of the most prominent Deemed University of the nation. It was started in the year 1964 and since then it has been offering first rate Degree courses to the candidates. Currently, it has total of 15 academic departments. However this University is famous for undergraduate Degree Courses in engineering and sciences. There are 3 more branches of the University, which are located in Hyderabad, Goa and Dubai. These are important as BITS Pilani and offer the equivalent superior quality of higher education.

Eligibility Criteria of BITSAT 2016
- Candidates should have pass class 12th or equivalent examination in the year 2014 or 2015 with streams of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and should have scored a minimum aggregate of 75 per cent. Apart from this in each subject, mentioned above candidate should have scored at least 60 per cent of marks.
- Candidates those who already a part of any of the BITS campus those are not eligible to apply for the exam.
BITSAT 2016 Exam Pattern
Exam pattern of BITSAT will be as follows
- Examination will be held in online mode.
- Duration of time will be of 3 hours
- There will be 4 sections of Mathematics, English, Physics and Chemistry
- Physics and Chemistry section will have total of 40 questions
- In Mathematics section there will be total of 45 questions.
- In English section there will be only 15 questions.
- Hence, there will be 150 in total and candidates will have to solve them all.
- For each right answer 3 marks will be awarded
- 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer
BITSAT 2016 Application Form
Filling the application form is very important because hall ticket will only issued to those candidates who successfully submit their application form. Candidates are suggested to fill and submit the application form on or before the last date. Application fee will almost similar to the last year. Last year amount of application fee for male candidates is Rs: 2090 and for female candidates Rs: 1590/-. Candidates those who are writing the exam in Dubai those have to pay the application fee of $ 50. Fee could be pay via challan or payment gateway.

Allotment of Test Centre: 4th week of February 2016
Booking of slot can be done in: 1st week of March 2016
Admit Card will be issued from: 3rd week of April 2016

BITSAT Admission Application Form will be released on: 4th week of June 2016
Result and Allotment of seats will be announce on: 1st week of July 2016
