Age And Educational Qualification Details
- Age:
- Candidates applying for 339 posts in MCGM must be at least 18 years in Age. Maximum age limit is up to 33 years(For ST/SC/OBC/UR Category candidates) as on 18th January, 2016.
- Candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped Category however has been given a relaxed upper age limit of up to 45 years.
- Note: Age relaxation is applicable as per Government Of Maharashtra Norms.
- Educational Qualification:
- Candidates applying for 339 Junior Accountant and Accounts Assistant vacancies at BMC must be at least having a graduation degree in Commerce from a recognized board/University.
- Note: Percentage relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government Of Maharashtra Norms.
Selection Process And Application Fee
- Selection Process:
- Candidates applying for the vacancies at BMC has to undergo two stages of screening process viz. Online test and Interview. Candidates selected at the interview round will directly be absorbed for the above mentioned posts.
- Note: Cut-Off Marks for each of this stage of screening process is different for different category candidates.
- Application Fee:
- Candidates applying for 339 Posts with BMC and belonging to Un-Reserved Category has to pay application fees of Rs.400/-.
- Candidates applying for 339 Posts with BMC and belonging to Reserved Category has to pay application fees of Rs.200/-.

it is clearly mentioned in notification that, it will required to get atleast 20:20:40% marks in gk:ia:accounts respectively and u must scored atleast 50 marks out of 100 to get qualify in the exam..
i think there will be cutoff list, and candidates who will clear the cutoff will be called for interview.
