Delhi Shiksha Prasar Samiti has recently issued the notification for the recruitment of eligible candidates for filling up 558 Counsellor, Junior Clerk and Peon posts in their organization and the complete details of the recruitment are as follows. Total No. of Posts: 558 Vacancies

• Counsellor: 144 Posts
• Peon: 200 Posts
• Junior Clerk: 244 Posts

Qualification:  The education qualification required to apply for each post varies and they are as follows.

• For Counsellor posts, candidates need to have Bachelor degree in any of the disciplines from any recognized university
• For the post of Junior Clerk, Applicants need to pass 12th (Higher Secondary Examination) from any recognized Board.
• For Peon posts, the applicants should pass 10th class from any recognized board.

Age Limit: Candidates who are willing to apply for the posts, should have the age limit of maximum 40 years as on 01st January 2016. Age relaxation is also applicable for reserved category candidates as per the rules and regulations of the Delhi Shiksha Prasar Samiti.

Selection Process: Selection of the eligible candidates for the posts applied will be based on the selection process rounds that the organization will conduct. ( For the details of the selection process refer Notification)

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get a monthly pay band of Rs. 9300-34800/- along with a grade pay of Rs. 2400/- for Counsellor post and for Junior Clerk and Peon posts, the pay band is Rs.5200-20200 with grade pay 1800/2000.

Exam /Application Fee: Candidates Eligible for any of the posts should pay the application fee as given below.

• Counsellor and Junior Clerk posts: For General / OBC candidates the application fee is Rs. 500/- whereas, for SC/ST candidates it is Rs.300/-.
• Peon Post: For General / OBC candidates the application fee is Rs. 300/- and for SC/ST candidates the application fee is Rs.200/-.
