Indian Army has recently Issued a recruitment notification for recruiting 160 Engineering candidates in 60 Technical Grade Course (TGC) and 100 Short Service Commission(SSC) (Technical) Course. Interested and eligible job aspirants can apply on the Indian Army official website , www.joinindianarmy.nic.in before 9th July 2015. Candidates must have Engineering Degree in relevant stream from any recognised University/ College. Applicants will be shortlisted through written test, physical standards test, medical test and personal interview. Selected candidates will be undertaken for training program. After completion of the training candidates will get appointed in the relevant posts. Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit:
Candidates age should be between 20 to 27 years (candidates born between 02-01-1989 and 01-01-1996, both dates inclusive) for TGC and 20 to 27 years for SSC (candidates born between 02-04-1989 and 01-04-1996, both dates inclusive).
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should complete requisite Engineering Degree or be in the final year of Engineering Degree course.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on ,
- performance in interview,
- physical standard test,
- merit list
- medical test.
Pay and Allowances:
- The candidates will be given a stipend of Rs. 21,000/- p.m. (Rs 15,600/- as pay in Pay Band plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-). On completion of training they will be commissioned in the rank of Lt and entitled to pay as admissible to the rank.
- Army also provides free Medical Facilities for self & dependents, Canteen facilities, Entitled Ration, Mess/Club/Sports Facilities, Furnished Govt.
