Deputy Commissioner (DC)	At least a second class Master’s degree B.Ed. or equivalent degree. 05 years regular service as Assistant Commissioner. Desirable: Working knowledge of Hindi and English. Experience in directing in-service training programmes for teachers and administrators and /or research in education.
Assistant Commissioner (AC)	Master Degree from recognized University with at least 45% marks.

1. Ed or equivalent degree. Desirable: Knowledge of computer application.

Principal (PPL)Master’s Degree from recognized university with at least 45% marks in aggregate. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching degree Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
