SBI Exam Last Minute Preparation Tips

Every year, State Bank of India (SBI) will conduct the online examination for filling up the vacant posts. All the eligible and interested candidates will be applying for the examination. Huge number of the people will be writing the examination. Qualifying in this examination is not a simple task, everyone should work hard to get qualify in the examination. Here are some of the last minute preparation tips for the examination.

  1. 1. Remove distractions

First of all remove all the distraction from the mind. In order to concentrate better on the preparation as well as manage your study better, remove all the distractions from the place of your study. This can be anything from your gadgets (like phone, ipod, laptop etc). Everything that distracts you will make your mind go crazy for those particular things only. Do not thing about unnecessary things and concentrate on preparation only. Time waste will be taking place by thinking of unnecessary things.

  1. Study in different spaces

To counter the dullness that is arising from continuously studying from long hours, try to change some settings around you. Research shows that you be likely to retain more information when you study in various locations. It was said that it does not means that you need a place to study. If you are feelings bored in that particular room only then try the other room to study well. Experiment with some lighting and you will feel that your mind is suddenly more receptive as well as retains information better.

  1.  Breathe

Your breathing plays a major role in your learning itself. Whenever your mind is blasted with some thoughts or questions like ‘this examination so tough’, ‘there are so many other candidates for the examination’ or else ‘ohh my god! i can’t answer this simple question’ etc. Keep all these raised questions aside and then practice some deep breathing for 1-2 minutes. To practice this breath, just close your eyes and concentrate on the tip of your nose, breathe in and count till number 7. Then hold the breath for just 3-4 seconds and breathe out for 7 seconds more. It mainly does is reboot your brain by enabling you to trash all the worries and start working with a positive mindset or attitude.

  1. Breaks

After 1 hour of study, make it a point to stop just for 15 minutes and let your mind get relax for some time. The key of this is for the learning activity for 15 minutes. Research has shown that studying for continuous duration makes you tired. 15 minutes break should be 15 minutes breaks only do not extend it for 1 hour or etc. Take the break for 15minutes and start your work after the break. On the different studying with some regular breaks has been shown to increase your learning. The problem with the breaks is they extend very easily. People feel like doing everything in that break time and a 15 minute break extends to 1-2 hours thereby disrupting your cycle of study only altogether. Put a countdown timer or an alarm of 10 to 15 minutes and make it a point to get back to study once the time is over

  1. Plan your Day

After you are done for one day, then make a plan for the next day. It is just a general plan to get you started a day with some fresh mind. Get up early in the morning and do some yoga session of 15 minutes then followed by stretching as well as luxurious breakfast. By planning a day we can estimate the following topics to complete in a particular day.

  1. Be Positive

Everyone should be positive and have a faith in you. Be patient and work hard for the examination. Think each and everything with a positive attitude only.

These are some important tips for how to prepare for the examination in last few minutes. Follow these tips and do well in the examination.
