State bank of India is the Indian Multinational public sector banking and financial company in India. SBI is a govt owned corporation with its headquarters in Mumbai, Maharastra, and also its corporate office in Mumbai, Maharastra. SBI is the one four largest banks in India with ICICI, PNB, and BOB. State Bank of India is having its five associate banks such as State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH), State Bank of Patiala (SBP), State Bank of Mysore (SBM), State Bank of Travancore (SBT), State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (SBBJ).
Eligibility Criteria to apply for SBI PO
Educational qualification for SBI PO
Candidates who are going to appear in the SBI exam must possess in graduation in any discipline from recognized University or any equivalent degree from a recognized university. The candidates who are pursuing final year of their graduation can also apply. But they have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination at the time of the interview.
SBI PO Age limit
Candidates should have a minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum age is 30 years as on 1 April 2016. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules. 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC / ST candidates.
Selection procedure in SBI PO
SBI may conduct written exam and personal interview or Prelims, Mains and Interview like SBI PO process.
Nationality
The candidates who are applying for this SBI PO posts must be Indian Citizens.

Current affairs, Computer and Banking, Quantitative, Aptitude, and Reasoning.
Prelims exam pattern
The test contains 100 questions for 100 marks. For each wrong answer they will cut 1/4th marks. The subjects consist of this exam is the English language, Quantitative Aptitude, reasoning ability English Subject consists of 30 marks. And Quantitative Aptitude, reasoning ability consists of 35 marks.
Main Exam pattern
The written exam consists of 200 marks in 5 subjects each include 40 marks. The time duration is 2 hours 15 minutes. 0.25 negative marking for the wrong answer.
