Age Details And Required Educational Qualification For VIT University 2016 Entrance Examination:

Age Details:
- Candidates applying for VITEEE 2016 has to ensure that he/she must be born on or after 1st July, 1993
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates applying for VIT Engineering Entrance Exam 2016 should at least have 60% marks in 10+2/Higher-Secondary examination.( Candidate has to ensure that he/she gets 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology)
- Candidates having certificate of Two yea Pre-University Examination/ High school Exam Certificate/ Advanced Level General Certificate Education Examination passing certificate can also apply for the examination.
- Note: Candidates applying from Indian states situated in North-East/Jammu & Kashmir can avail relaxation, and have to secure 50% subjects in the above mentioned subjects for getting themselves qualified for the above exam. Also candidates belonging to SC/ST category should also have at least 50% marks for being qualified for the same.

Exam Pattern Of VITEE 2016 Entrance Examination:

Candidates applying for VITEEE 2016 will have to pass online examination. Online examination will be consisting of Multiple Choice Questions(MCQ) and total duration of the exam will be strictly two and half hours.
Total Number of questions will be 120, and 40 questions from each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology will be asked.
Note: There is no negative marking and you will be awarded +1 for a correct answer. Selection process in VITEEE 2016 is totally dependent on your performance in VITEEE 2016.

VITEEE application form 2016 will be available on their official website http://www.vit.ac.in/ from where you can start filling it up by clicking on “Apply Online” option.
Candidates those who wish to apply offline has to buy the application forms from dedicated centres in each Indian state.
The application form generally should be filled up with all your basic details like Name, date of birth, marks and other details. Once you finish filling up the application form, you have to submit it online/ offline via post.

Login to their official website http://www.vit.ac.in/. Alternatively, you can also Click Here to jump into the home page.
After you login, you will see a link titled “VITEEE 2016”. Click on that.
Once you click, a new page will open which will ask you to register first. Once you register, username and password will be generated which you need to keep safe for further communication purposes.
Login with that Username and password, and Fill up the application form carefully with all the details including your photo.
Once you are done with filling up, proceed for fee payment. Once payment is done, you can save the preview mode of application form for your convenience.
Note: The amount that you have to deposit for the examination is Rs.940/-. For international applicants, the fee is 50USD.

Rush into one of the centres where VIT university application forms are available. List of centres where application form is available can be seen from their official website.
Once you get the form, fill it up with all the details, prepare a Demand Draft(DD) of Rs.940/- in favour of “VIT University” payable at Vellore, and send your application form along with the DD to the address mentioned below on or before the date that will be mentioned by the university.
